Earlier today a student at XXX School discovered the word "bomb" scratched on to a bathroom stall. The police were immediately called and deemed the incident to be a low level threat. Upon further investigation they realized that an identical message was found in the same exact location in March of 2013, almost two years ago. The scratched in word had never been totally removed from the bathroom staff, and although now very faint, could still be seen if you were close enough to it.
Since the police were on hand we decided to run one of our required evacuation drills so that we could get feedback from the police. The drill went well and the children and teachers are back to teaching and learning in their classrooms.
